i get prompted to set up my mobile phone and when it dials my number it says let it go to voice mail and i do that and also says do no answer it which i dont it says there was a problem. what can i do to fix this.

 If your test call fails when trying to Call Forward your mobile using the Ribbit wizard (you see an "Oops/Hiccup" error):
       -  Wait a full two minutes, then click the "Let's Try Again" button.
       -  When new test call arrives, quickly click the ignore (don't answer) button on you mobile.
