Notification of voicemails

Folks

Does anyone else have problems with unidentified voicemail alerts. I have uploaded my contacts from Outlook, but still when I get a missed call or voicemail alert via email it is from unknown (90% of the time). alerts via SMS are correctly identified, but I don't know if it is the blackberry that is translating the number. Is this a general hit and miss identification or am I unusual?

I am also having this problem.

Not quite the same problem but all my missed calls say they originate from my mobile.  The SMS source identifies the correct caller but the missed number in the emails and  text is always my mobile and so far none of my missed calls have appeared in the missed calls tab on the website.
